By accessing or using this website, or by purchasing any product from Alluvi Peptide Shop, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, together with the research-use policy and the returns policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website or place an order.
2. Product Use
All products supplied by Alluvi Peptide Shop are for laboratory and analytical research use only. They are not medicines or medical devices and are not intended for human or veterinary use, including consumption, personal administration, diagnosis, treatment, or any clinical or therapeutic application.
By purchasing, you confirm that products will be used solely for legitimate research purposes and that you are qualified and authorised to acquire and handle research materials, in compliance with all laws and institutional requirements applicable to you. Research use only. Never use any product for human or veterinary application. If you have any doubt about a product, batch, seal or document, contact us before use.
3. Ordering & Payment
- Order acceptance: placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we issue an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order, including where research-use conditions cannot be satisfied or where order details cannot be verified.
- Payment methods: payment must be made using the methods displayed at checkout. Orders are not processed until payment has cleared.
- Order confirmation: a confirmation with your order number will be sent to the email address provided. Keep this confirmation — the order number is required for support, returns and batch-verification requests.
- Pricing: prices are as displayed on the individual product page at the time of order. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before dispatch, in which case you may cancel for a full refund.
4. Delivery
- Shipping methods: orders are dispatched using the shipping options presented at checkout. Any tracking information provided should be retained until the order is complete.
- Timeframes: estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout and are estimates only, not guarantees.
- Lost or damaged shipments: if an order arrives damaged, is incomplete, or does not arrive within a reasonable time of the estimate, contact us promptly with your order number. For damaged deliveries, retain all packaging and take clear photographs before contacting us.
- Inspection on arrival: check the product name, batch identifier and seal against your order before opening. If anything does not match, or the seal is broken, missing or damaged, do not use the product — follow the product-authenticity guidance and contact us.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: report issues within 3 working days of delivery, provide your order number, product name, batch and clear photographs, and keep all packaging until the case is resolved.
6. Limitation of Liability
Alluvi Peptide Shop accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from:
- Misuse of any product
- Unauthorised use of any product
- Any personal application, including human or veterinary use, consumption or administration
- Use of a product outside the research scope described in the research-use policy
- Use of a product with a broken, missing or damaged seal, or an unresolved batch or authenticity concern
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, page layouts, graphics, product descriptions, logos and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Alluvi Peptide Shop and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute website content without prior written permission, other than for personal, non-commercial reference.
Product and brand names appearing on this website are used for product-identification purposes.
8. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. Users should review this page periodically; continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
